Henry Fall and Dana Finkelstein from the LPGA Tour here, and today we're introducing you to a unique training aid – the Chuck It!, it's a dog fetch toy that can actually help your golf swing.
Hold the Chuck It like a golf club, similar grip, and work on your sequencing, rotation, and wrist angle. As you swing sidearm, focus on maintaining that wrist angle to create a powerful release, sending the ball far.
This motion can translate to your golf swing – practicing wrist hinge, maintaining angle, and developing rotation. It's like playing fetch with your dog while improving your golf skills.
Even if you don't have a Chuck It, you can use a club to simulate the wrist hinge and rotation practice. So, next time you're at the park with your pup, remember this unique way to enhance your golf game too.
Get ready to impress on the golf course and at the dog park with your newfound swing skills!
