In today's lesson, we're diving into a technique to add some serious yardage to your shots – the left heel lift. You've probably seen some tour pros like Bryson experimenting with this move, and Dana's here to share her experience.
This technique involves allowing your left heel to lift slightly during your swing. Dana, who's been working with her coach Milo, adopted this adjustment to deepen her turn and gain more distance. The left heel lift enables you to generate extra power by utilizing gravity as you replant it before unleashing your swing.
As Dana demonstrates, this move isn't a permanent fixture in her swing, but it's a valuable tool to have in her arsenal. By incorporating the left heel lift strategically, you can harness the potential to hit longer shots.
